  • All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and to change product prices at any time.

  • Color, Texture & Density Disclaimer: Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting, and the natural variation in hair products (especially human hair), actual colors, textures, and densities may vary slightly from product images. These natural variations are not considered defects.

  • Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limitations, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. Hygiene & Product Use

  • You acknowledge and agree that due to their intimate nature, all hair products are final sale once opened, worn, or altered (including cutting, coloring, or heat styling).

  • You are responsible for reading all product information (e.g., hair type, length, color, heat limits) before purchase.

  • Products are intended for personal use only, not for resale without authorization.

This includes, but is not limited to, allergic reactions to materials (please check ingredient lists), damage from improper styling or care (e.g., melting chemical fiber wigs with heat), or dissatisfaction with color variation.
