2. What are your shipping costs?

4. What are the differences between your hair types?
We offer three main types of wigs to suit different needs and budgets:

5. How do I choose the right wig size and color?

  • Size: Most wigs come with adjustable straps, combs, or elastic bands to fit a range of head sizes (typically 21.5" - 23"). Check the product description for specific cap measurements and construction.

  • Color: We provide detailed color descriptions and photos. For the most accurate match, we recommend using our color swatch chart or contacting customer service for guidance.

6. Can I color or bleach real human hair wigs?
Yes, you can color or bleach real human hair wigs, but we strongly recommend having this done by a professional wig stylist or colorist experienced with human hair wigs. Please note that any chemical processing may affect the texture and lifespan of the hair.

7. Can I use heat on high-temperature synthetic wigs?
Yes, but only up to the specified temperature limit (usually 300°F - 350°F / 150°C - 180°C). Always use a heat protectant and test on a small, inconspicuous area first. Do not use heat on regular chemical fiber wigs.

8. How do I care for my wig?

  • Human Hair: Use sulfate-free, moisturizing shampoos and conditioners. Wash gently, apply leave-in conditioner, and air dry or style with heat protectant.

  • High-Temperature Synthetic: Use products specifically designed for synthetic wigs. Wash with cool water and wig shampoo, and lay flat to dry.

  • Chemical Fiber: Use wig-specific products. Wash infrequently with cool water and mild shampoo. Do not brush when wet – wait until completely dry and use a wide-tooth comb or wig brush.

  • Storage: Always store wigs on a wig stand or mannequin head to maintain shape and prevent tangling.
